We want you to love your comfort experience with Cushion Lab, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period on all our ergonomic products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it for a full refund within the trial window.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the cushions in their original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
